Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan requires no card at all. For paid plans, you enter your payment details at checkout but you won't be charged until after your 7-day trial ends.
What's the difference between Pro and Accelerator?
Pro is for active job seekers — it gives you every tool you need to find a job faster. Accelerator adds salary benchmarking and negotiation coaching (the key upgrade for when you have an offer to negotiate), the LinkedIn rewriter, networking message generator, monthly career action plans, and progress tracking over time. The key difference: Accelerator is designed to be useful even after you've landed a job, making it a long-term career tool rather than a one-time job search aid.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel from your account settings at any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period you've paid for. No partial refunds for unused time, but you keep access right up to the end date.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link by Stripe. All payments are processed securely by Stripe with 256-bit encryption.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once per year at a discounted rate — Pro drops from $29 to $19/month (billed $228/year), and Accelerator drops from $59 to $39/month (billed $468/year). You save $120 and $240 respectively compared to monthly billing.
Is there a free trial for recruiter plans?
Yes — all recruiter plans include a 7-day free trial. You can test the private pool, invite links, and candidate search before committing.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade anytime from your account settings — the price difference is prorated. Downgrade takes effect at the next billing date.
