Is my resume stored anywhere?
No. Your resume is read and processed entirely in your browser. The text is sent to our AI for analysis, but nothing is stored on any server — not by us, not by our AI provider. Once you close the tab, it's gone.
How does the Glassdoor question feature work?
When you paste a job listing URL, our server fetches the posting and uses AI to search Glassdoor, Blind, LinkedIn and Indeed for questions candidates have publicly reported being asked at that company for that role. It works best for well-known companies — smaller companies may have limited public data, in which case we fall back to our AI's training knowledge of that company's interview style.
What does the LinkedIn cross-reference actually check?
It compares every employment date, job title, and company name between your resume and LinkedIn — flagging any discrepancy. Even a one-month difference in start or end dates can raise a red flag during background checks. Recruiters cross-check these routinely. Catching them before applying could save a job offer.
Does voice mode record my voice?
Voice mode uses your browser's built-in speech recognition — the same technology used by voice search. The audio is processed locally by your browser and converted to text before being sent. No audio recordings are stored. Voice mode works in Chrome and Edge; it's not supported in Safari or Firefox.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, any time — no questions asked. Cancel from your account settings or email us and we'll cancel within 24 hours. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
